Counselling

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming and it’s important to have a safe space to talk through your thoughts and emotions. Our Counselling sessions provide a compassionate, non-judgmental, respectful, confidential and ethical space to help you talk about your worries, process them, heal and move forward either as an individual or couple. Talking helps make a difference in our lives. It allows us to self-reflect, ask questions on our patterns, behaviours and thoughts and pick up on things we don’t talk about. However, for me it’s all about building relationships from the onset, listening, empowering and collaborating that creates awareness and births change.

Therapy is a safe space for talking about everything and anything you wish to, no matter how small or big. There is no “right” issue (s) to discuss as an adolescent, adult individual or couple. We support you with a wide range of different mental health and emotional challenges, including

Stress & Anxiety Management

Feeling constantly on edge, worried, afraid or drained can make even simple daily tasks feel overwhelming. You might notice sleepless nights, racing thoughts, physical tension or find yourself avoiding situations that trigger worry. Stress and anxiety can spill over into work, relationships and personal life, making it hard to feel at ease. This service provides a safe space to explore what’s causing these feelings and learn practical strategies to manage them. Together, we develop tools to calm your mind, handle triggers and help you feel more balanced, grounded and in control each day.

Anger Management

Struggling with anger can feel intense and difficult to control. You might find yourself reacting quickly, saying things you later regret or feeling overwhelmed by frustration in certain situations. At times, anger can build up beneath the surface and come out in ways that affect your relationships, work or sense of self. This can leave you feeling guilty, misunderstood or out of control. This service provides a safe, non-judgmental space to explore what’s driving your anger, recognise your triggers and understand how it shows up in your life. Together, we work on developing healthier ways to manage and express your emotions so you can respond with more calm, clarity and control.

Bereavement & Loneliness (Death/Non-Death Loss)

Losing someone or something important, whether it’s the death of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or a major life change like leaving a long-term job can leave a deep emptiness. You might feel sadness, loneliness or disconnected from the life you once knew, and even everyday routines can feel heavy or overwhelming. This service provides a safe, supportive space to process your grief, make sense of your emotions and gradually find ways to adjust, heal and reconnect with life.
